VN1. Change of information on registration of enterprises on the Enterprise Registration Certificate (Business License) such as: company name, legal representative information, head office address, charter capital, business lines, etc.
Throughout long-term operations, an enterprise needs to adjust its Business License to align with actual business activities.

- Updating Citizen Identity Card (ID card) details, administrative boundaries, and business lines: 800,000 VND.
- Changing 01 information item (among charter capital, business lines, legal representative information, or changing the address within the jurisdiction of the same managing tax authority): 800,000 VND.
- Changing 02 or more information items (among charter capital, business lines, legal representative information, or changing the address within the jurisdiction of the same managing tax authority): 1,000,000 VND.
- Changing the head office address to a different managing tax authority jurisdiction (requiring tax finalization): Quoted on a case-by-case basis.
2. Change of information on registration of enterprises resulting from enterprise reorganization such as: division, separation, consolidation, merger, or conversion of enterprise type
Service fee for registering enterprise reorganization (division, separation, consolidation, merger, or conversion of enterprise type): 1,200,000 VND.
When carrying out reorganization procedures, an enterprise can simultaneously update multiple items regarding the information on registration of enterprises, such as: address, enterprise name, charter capital, and legal representative.
3. Important notes after completing the procedures for the change of information on registration of enterprises on the Enterprise Registration Certificate
Note: When an enterprise carries out a change of information, it must also perform changes and updates to the following procedures:
- Electronic invoices (E-invoices) and enterprise digital signatures.
- Registered bank accounts.
- The enterprise seal and the issuance of a new seal design (if the information on the current seal no longer matches the Enterprise Registration Certificate).
- Social insurance records.
- Adjusting enterprise information on the Labor Contracts and Economic Contracts of the enterprise.
- Adjusting and updating relevant internal records and procedures.
- Sending official notices to partners and clients regarding the change of enterprise information to avoid any confusion that could affect business operations.
