Step 1: Procedures for issuance of the Investment Registration Certificate for the foreign-invested enterprise establishment project
Pursuant to Article 38 of the Law on Investment 2020, the investor must carry out procedures for issuance of the Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) to record the investment project’s information.
